My life journey has shaped me into the practitioner I am today.

I have been blessed with the opportunity to be invited into many sacred spaces and events in lives of people from all over the world, hundreds of births, weddings, healing ceremonies and inner quests throughout the United States, Mozambique, Brazil and Mexico.

I have spent many years fine tuning my ability to listen with my ears, my heart and hands

I am a homebirth midwife and have been studying prenatal, birth and early attachment patterns for over a decade. I have extensive training in pregnancy and birth, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and I am a facilitator in Family Constellations.

I am a trauma informed somatic pre and perinatal practitioner who has studied extensively with Myrna Martin, Ray Castellino and their students.

I blend my respect and honor of conception, pregnancy and the birthing process with my deep listening skills, curiosity of the wisdom of the body and knowledge of relationship dynamics in a unique and sometimes playful way.

I have a private practice in El Cerrito and Albany, CA where I supports adults, couples, infants, young children and their families in expressing, processing and integrating their earliest experiences.

I delight in supporting people of all ages feel safe, seen and met so that their true potential and vitality can be expressed.
